为了研究污泥烧结页岩多孔砖墙体热工性能以及不同孔型的砖体和不同墙体构造的砖墙传热系数差异。通过热线法测定污泥烧结页岩砖导热系数以及通过防护热箱法对6面污泥烧结页岩多孔砖墙体进行传热系数检测。分析结果表明,矩形孔砖墙体热工性能比圆形孔砖墙体热工性能好,两面抹灰的墙体比素砖墙体热工性能好,一面抹灰,另外一面贴聚苯乙烯塑料板的墙体比两面抹灰的墙体热工性能好,保温层导热系数越小,对整个墙体的保温贡献越大。通过试验数据可以得出矩形孔污泥烧结页岩砖传热系数小,保温性能好,建议推广使用。
In order to study the thermal performance of porous sintered brick shale brick wall and different hole brick body and wall structure of different brick wall heat transfer coefficient difference.
