目的探讨硫辛酸对烧伤兔应激期保护作用。方法选取新西兰大耳白兔20只,随机分为1组与2组,各10只。1组烧伤后不予以药物治疗,2组烧伤后予以硫辛酸治疗。观察两组烧伤前1d、烧伤后第1、3、5、7天血浆内毒素水平、细菌检测结果及烧伤前1d,烧伤后第3、5天血浆丙二醛(MDA)水平。结果烧伤前1d、烧伤后第1、7天两组血浆内毒素水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),烧伤后第3、5天2组血浆内毒素水平低于1组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);烧伤前1d两组血浆MDA水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),烧伤后第3、5天2组血浆MDA水平低于1组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);烧伤前1d、烧伤后第1、7天两组细菌检测阳性率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),烧伤后第3、5天2组细菌检测阳性率低于1组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论硫辛酸治疗烧伤兔应激期的疗效显著,能有效控制氧自由基产生,减少脂质过氧化,降低血浆内毒素水平及器官组织损伤。
Objective To investigate the protective effect of lipoic acid on the stress of burn rabbit. Methods Twenty New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into 1 group and 2 groups, 10 in each. One group did not receive drug treatment after burn, and two groups were treated with lipoic acid after burn. The levels of plasma endotoxin on the 1st, 5th, 5th and 7th day after burn were observed. The results of the bacteria test and the level of malondialdehyde (MDA) on the 1st, 3rd and 5th day after the burn were observed. Results There was no significant difference in plasma endotoxin levels between the two groups on the 1st day before burn and on the 1st and 7th day after burn (P> 0.05). The levels of plasma endotoxin in the two groups were lower than those on the 1st and 3rd day after burn (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in plasma MDA level between the two groups before burn (P> 0.05). The levels of plasma MDA in group 2 and group B were lower than those in group B (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the positive rate of bacteria detected on the 1st day and the 1st and 7th day after burn between the two groups (P> 0.05) The positive rate was lower than 1 group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Lipoic acid treatment of burn rabbits significantly effect of stress period, can effectively control the generation of oxygen free radicals, reduce lipid peroxidation, reduce plasma endotoxin levels and organ damage.
