教师阅读是教师专业发展的基础,而目前广大的中小学教师队伍中存在着“不读书、无书读、没有时间读、不会读”等现象。为此,本文建议学校可以从激发教师的学习意识、重视教师的专业引领、搭建交流与展示的平台、营造学习型文化的氛围、加强组织管理与制度建设等五种策略出发来推动教师阅读,促进教师发展和成长。
Teacher reading is the basis of professional development of teachers. At present, the majority of primary and secondary school teachers have such phenomena as “no reading, no reading, no time to read, no reading”. Therefore, this paper suggests that schools should promote teachers’ reading from the five strategies of stimulating teachers’ learning consciousness, attaching importance to teachers’ professional guidance, establishing a platform for communication and display, creating a learning culture atmosphere, and strengthening organizational management and system construction. Promote teacher development and growth.
