通过变温处理1~2mm的葡萄茎尖和试管苗两种不同类型的材料,以及利用CO_2和高温短期处理茎段的方法,进行脱葡萄扇叶病毒的研究。利用酶联免疫吸附测定法(ELISA)及协同凝集试验鉴定,真脱毒率平均为66.6%,最高可达90%以上。其有效脱毒株比常规茎尖脱毒分别提高了33%和45%。
Two different types of materials (1 to 2 mm in diameter, ie, shoot tips and tube seedlings) were used to study the removal of grapevine leaves by CO 2 and short-term treatment of stem segments at high temperature. Using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and co-agglutination test to identify the true detoxification rate was 66.6% on average, up to 90% or more. The effective detoxification strains were increased by 33% and 45% respectively than the conventional tips.
