体外抑菌实验表明,葡萄糖氧化酶(GO)与过氧化氢对香蕉枯萎病菌4号小种(Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.Cubense race 4)抑杀作用显著.利用农杆菌侵染香蕉试管苗假茎薄片辅助基因枪 轰击的遗传转化方法,将黑曲霉中克隆的GO基因转入香蕉栽培品种,PCR分析表明61株整合有 葡萄糖氧化酶基因.采用苗期盆栽伤根淋菌和大田伤根浇菌的方法鉴定转基因香蕉的枯萎病抗性. 盆栽接菌60 d后,非转基因植株表现明显的枯萎病症状,叶片脱水、黄化、下垂、假茎纵切面有 紫红色斑点,而转基因植株中的31株无任何病症.大田病圃伤根浇菌后,有2株枯萎病抗性显著, 并已挂果.
