为确保校本培训的有效性,我们根据本校教师综合素质的差异性,实施分层培训、分层提高的方法,促使教师专业发展。在人员方面,我们抓好四支队伍的培训工作,即骨干教师队伍、班主任队伍、教研组长队伍、新教师队伍。在内容方面,抓好四项内容的培训工作,即教育教学理论、教学岗位技能、教育科研方法、现代教育技术应用技能。在方法疗面,我们坚持开展多样性的培训活动,如开展校本教研,开设理论讲座,举行沙龙活动,举办骨干教师教学论坛及教师教育教学成果展示等。
In order to ensure the effectiveness of school-based training, according to the differences in the overall quality of our school’s teachers, we have implemented stratified training and stratified methods to promote teacher professional development. In terms of personnel, we do a good job in the training of the four teams, namely, the backbone teachers, the head teachers, the teaching and research team leaders, and the new teachers. In the aspect of content, we should do a good job in the training of the four contents, namely education and teaching theory, teaching post skills, education and research methods, and modern education technology application skills. In terms of methodological treatment, we insist on conducting diverse training activities, such as carrying out school-based teaching and research, setting up theoretical lectures, holding salon activities, holding key teachers’ teaching forums, and demonstrating teacher education and teaching achievements.
