专家隐性知识作为应急决策的支持力量,是提高应急决策质量的必要保障。本文将知识地图引入应急决策,基于知识需求和知识源类别获取专家隐性知识,存储专家隐性知识,即建立专家隐性知识动态数据库,包括专家基础信息库、专家专长知识库、专家网络信息库。构建专家隐性知识地图,包括专家-知识关联图、知识关联图、专家关联图,并进行知识地图功能的挖掘与分析,借助Net miner软件呈现知识地图,实现应急决策专家隐性知识的可视化,以提高应急决策质量和效率。
