六神曲的质量调查与评价研究

目的调查六神曲的质量现状,完善其质量评价方法。方法对六神曲的文献研究、市场调研及对各地六神曲样品的外观性状、显微特征及酶活力进行比较分析。结果各地药品标准中六神曲的制作工艺要求不一,差异主要体现在原料配比与生产条件上;市场六神曲的产品来源有4种,少数源自正规厂家,多数来自小作坊,其发酵制作缺乏规范,生产加工的随意性较大;不同产地的六神曲外观性状差别主要体现在颜色、质地、表面和断面特征上;各地六神曲粉末显微特征鉴别大多含有麦麸的单细胞非腺毛与种皮珠心残余细胞,多数缺乏苦杏仁的石细胞,部分缺乏赤小豆的栅状细胞及脐点裂隙状淀粉粒;淀粉酶活力有显著差异。结论六神曲市场待规范,其质量评价体系待完善。 Objective To investigate the current situation of Six Sacred Songs and improve their quality evaluation methods. Methods Literature research, market research and the appearance, microscopic characteristics and enzyme activity of Liushen Qu samples were compared and analyzed. Results There were different requirements for the production process of Liushenqu in the drug standards throughout the country. The differences were mainly reflected in the ratio of raw materials and production conditions. There were four sources of products in the market Liushenqu, a few originated from regular manufacturers, most of them came from small workshops and were fermented Lack of norms, production and processing of randomness; Liupu song in different areas of the appearance of the main difference in appearance characteristics in the color, texture, surface and cross-sectional features; Liwei around the powder microscopic characterization of most of the wheat bran containing non-glandular hair And seed coat beads of residual cells, the majority of stone cells lacking bitter almonds, part of the lack of adzuki bean cells and umbilical point like granular starch; amylase activity were significantly different. Conclusion Liushenqu market to be standardized, its quality evaluation system to be improved.
