0,0-二烷基 S-(2-二烷基胺乙基)硫代磷酸酯(DEPT)的分析方法很多。但测定污水(或复杂成分)样品中的微量 DEPT 时,因含量低微,干扰众多,直接测定是困难的。据文献报道,利用离子交换树脂富集和分离水样中微量无机离子或有机离子,主要是利用离子交换特性进行富集和层析分离,不但需要检测手续,而且试样被洗脱液稀释。本文介绍一种利用离子交换树脂的离子交换性,并与以树脂为载体的柱上化学反应相结合的方法,用于富集、分离和测定污水(或复杂成分)样品中的 DEPT,获得良好效果。
There are many ways to analyze 0,0-dialkyl S- (2-dialkylamidoethyl) phosphorothioate (DEPT). However, when measuring trace amounts of DEPT in sewage (or complicated components) samples, it is difficult to measure directly because of low content and small interference. According to the literature, the use of ion exchange resin enrichment and separation of trace inorganic ions or organic ions in water samples, mainly by ion exchange characteristics of enrichment and chromatographic separation, not only need to test procedures, and the sample diluted with eluent. This article presents a method that utilizes the ion exchangeability of ion exchange resins and combines them with resin-supported on-column chemical reactions for the enrichment, separation and determination of DEPT in sewage (or complex components) samples to obtain good effect.
