据对北京市部分中小学教师进行的调查,目前中小学初任教师导师制的实施效果并不理想,导师与初任教师的参与热情均不高。这主要是由师徒关系的建立欠科学、指导内容较为狭窄和随意、指导模式比较传统和单一、配套机制不完善等因素所致。要提升中小学初任教师导师制的实施效果,需要从制定师徒“双选”制度、丰富指导内容、综合运用多种指导模式、完善配套机制四个方面予以完善。
According to a survey conducted by some primary and secondary school teachers in Beijing, the implementation of the mentoring system for first-rate teachers in primary and secondary schools is not satisfactory. The enthusiasm of mentors and first-time teachers is not high. This is mainly due to the establishment of the relationship between mentoring and apprentice science, the guidance content is more narrow and arbitrary, the guidance model is more traditional and single, inadequate supporting mechanisms and other factors. In order to improve the implementation effect of the tutor system for the first-time teachers in primary and middle schools, it is necessary to improve them from the aspects of formulating a mentoring system and double-selection system, enriching the guiding content, comprehensively using various guiding modes and perfecting the supporting mechanisms.
