目的探讨中西结合治疗无排卵性不孕症的临床疗效。方法将本组160例无排卵性不孕症患者,随机分为西医对照组80例和中西医治疗组80例,治疗后进行疗效对比。结果两组疗效总有效率对比(P<0.005)有显著性差异。结论无排卵性不孕症治疗困难,临床治疗中应加大综合治疗措施,采用中西医合并,发扬中西医长处,优势互补,提高疗效,促进疾病的恢复。 Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of combining Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of anovulatory infertility. Methods 160 cases of anovulatory infertility patients were randomly divided into Western control group of 80 cases and 80 cases of Chinese and Western medicine treatment group, after treatment comparison. Results The total effective rate of the two groups were significantly different (P <0.005). Conclusions Anovulatory infertility is difficult to treat. Comprehensive treatment should be increased in clinical treatment. Integrative Chinese and Western medicine should be used to promote the strengths of traditional Chinese and western medicine, complement each other’s advantages, improve the curative effect and promote the recovery of the disease.
