目的 观察次声暴露对大鼠血视网膜屏障超微结构和通透性的作用。方法 将 15只Sprague Dawley(SD)大鼠分为 :实验组 12只 ,给予 8Hz,130dB基础噪音的次声暴露 ,2h/d ,分别于暴露后 1、7、14及 2 1d ,用 2 0g/L戊巴比妥纳腹腔麻醉动物 ,10min后取其眼球 ,均以硝酸镧 (La)作为示踪剂 ,采用镧醛灌注固定法制备电镜样品。对照组 3只 ,亦置于次声舱中 2h/d ,但不接受次声暴露。结果 在次声作用下 ,暴露 1d时La的渗漏无明显变化 ,7d时沉积在内节间 ,到达光感受器细胞核层 ,14d时在神经细胞间隙出现La颗粒 ,2 1d时到达神经细胞及玻璃体 ,而形态学改变并不明显 ,主要是代谢方面的变化 ,如线粒体肿胀 ,内质网扩张 ,糖原颗粒的沉积 ,核周间隙增宽等。提示随时间的延长 ,血视网膜屏障的损害加重。结论 次声可影响一定程度的血视网膜屏障通透性 ,而致视觉功能损伤
Objective To observe the effect of infrasound on ultrastructure and permeability of blood retinal barrier in rats. Methods Fifteen Sprague Dawley (SD) rats were divided into experimental group (12 rats) with infrasound of 8 Hz and 130 dB basic noise for 2 h / d, Animals were peritoneally anesthetized with pentobarbital sodium and the eyeballs were taken after 10 minutes. All the samples were prepared by lanthanum aldehyde perfusion fixation method with lanthanum nitrate (La) as tracer. Control group 3, also placed in the second acoustic cabin 2h / d, but did not accept infrasound exposure. Results Under the infrasound, there was no significant change in the leakage of La at 1 day of exposure. After 7 days, the lacustrine was deposited in the internode and reached the nucleus of photoreceptor cells. La particles appeared in the intercellular spaces of the neurons on the 14th day and arrived at the neurons and vitreous on 21 days , While morphological changes are not obvious, mainly metabolic changes, such as mitochondria swelling, endoplasmic reticulum dilation, deposition of glycogen particles, perinuclear gap widening. Tip over time, blood retinal damage worse. Conclusion Infrasound can affect the degree of blood retinal barrier permeability, which leads to visual impairment
