通过光学显微镜和电子背散射衍射技术研究了1000℃退火温度下保温时间和冷却方式对Fe-28Mn-2.8Si-2.2Al-TWIP钢组织和性能的影响.结果表明:当保温时间为5、10和20 min时,随着保温时间的延长,奥氏体晶粒迅速长大,同时退火孪晶在晶粒内部变长、增厚,抗拉强度和屈服强度同时下降,但是延伸率变化不大.对比水冷和空冷两种冷却方式,水冷更有利于TWIP钢获得良好的力学性能,同时冷却速度对晶粒和取向有一定的影响.
The effect of holding time and cooling mode on microstructure and properties of Fe-28Mn-2.8Si-2.2Al-TWIP steel at 1000 ℃ was studied by means of optical microscope and electron backscatter diffraction. The results show that when the holding time is 5, And 20 min, the austenite grain grows rapidly with the holding time prolonging, while the annealing twins grow and thicken inside the grains, while the tensile strength and yield strength decrease at the same time, but the elongation changes little Compared with water cooling and air cooling, water cooling is more conducive to obtaining good mechanical properties of TWIP steel, and the cooling rate has some influence on the grain and orientation.
