It is also an important factor for thrombosis in long-term bedridden patients. Therefore, the development and research of antithrombotics, especially low molecular weight heparin (LMWH), have drawn much attention in recent years. This article discusses the pharmacodynamics, pharmacokinetics and clinical anti-thrombotic effects of LMWH.
