目的:了解乡镇卫生院疾控岗位绩效考核现状。方法:采用问卷调查,采用SPSS 13.0统计软件进行一般描述性分析。结果:88.8%的乡镇卫生院开展了疾控岗位绩效考核。政府、疾控机构和乡镇卫生院共同组织考核。考核频度以季度考核和半年考核为主;考核内容主要为工作数量、工作质量、业务能力、群众满意度、医德医风和劳动纪律;考核形式以内部员工和群众访谈为主;考核结果与疾控岗位人员的工资、奖金等物质激励与职业发展、培训提高等非物质激励相挂钩。结论:乡镇卫生院疾控岗位绩效考核的关键环节缺乏针对性,影响了绩效考核效果,考核应根据岗位工作性质及各地实际情况组织进行,避免形式主义,以取得实效。
Objective: To understand the status quo of the performance evaluation of CDC post in township hospitals. Methods: A questionnaire survey using SPSS 13.0 statistical software for general descriptive analysis. Results: 88.8% of township hospitals carried out CDC performance appraisal. The government, CDC and township hospitals jointly organize examination. The assessment mainly includes the quarterly assessment and the semi-annual assessment. The assessment content mainly includes the quantity of work, the quality of work, the ability of work, the satisfaction of the masses, the medical ethics and labor discipline. The examination forms are mainly interviews with internal staff and the masses; Substance incentives such as salaries and bonuses for CDC personnel are linked to non-material incentives such as career development and training enhancement. Conclusion: The key links in the performance evaluation of CDC positions in township hospitals are lack of pertinence, affecting the performance appraisal results. The evaluation should be organized according to the nature of job postings and the actual conditions in different places, avoiding formalism and achieving actual results.
