我厂广大革命职工遵循毛主席“敢于走前人所没有走过的道路”的教导。为了改变目前圆锥轴承内圈在气锤上锻造的旧工艺,解决每一台锤需6个人,拿着笨重的胎模围着气锤操作,生产不安全,劳动强度大、生产效率低的问题。 在毛主席“独立自主、自力更生”的伟大方针指引下,决心甩掉笨重的胎模,自己动手,用钢板焊接制造了一台300吨摩擦压力机。 我们在300吨摩擦压力机上初步进行了圆锥轴承内圈热挤压成形试验。现将热挤压成形情况介绍如下: 1.圆锥轴承小型号(7305)内外圈一次热挤压成形工艺过程简图(图1)。
The majority of our revolutionary workers in our factory follow the teachings of Chairman Mao’s “dare to walk the path that our predecessors have not walked through”. In order to change the old cone bearing inner ring on the hammer forging the old process, to solve each hammer required 6 people, holding a bulky mold around the hammer operation, production is not safe, labor-intensive, low productivity problems . Guided by the great principle of “independence and self-reliance” by Chairman Mao, we determined to get rid of bulky tire molds and do our own work to manufacture a 300-ton friction press with steel plate welding. We initially conducted a hot extrusion test on the inner ring of a tapered bearing on a 300-ton friction press. Now hot extrusion forming situation is described as follows: 1. Tapered bearing small model (7305) a hot extrusion process inside and outside the ring diagram (Figure 1).
