介绍了对压铸机合模机构进行结构三维有限元分析的过程。在探讨分析对象三维实体模型如何构造以及三维复杂结构的有限元模型如何建立的基础上,结合大型结构有限元分析软件COSMOS/M的使用,对J1163C型压铸机的合模机构进行分析计算。给出压铸机合模机构静模板、导柱和合模机座之间的结构、应力与变形关系。为压铸机的改进设计提供了重要的依据。
The process of three-dimensional finite element analysis of mold clamping mechanism of die-casting machine is introduced. Based on the discussion of how to construct the three-dimensional solid model and the finite element model of the three-dimensional complex structure, combined with the use of COSMOS / M, a large structural finite element analysis software, the clamping mechanism of J1163C die-casting machine is analyzed and calculated. The relationship between structure, stress and deformation of static die plate, guide post and die holder of die-casting machine is given. For the improvement of die casting machine design provides an important basis.
