目的 研究大鼠肝硬化门腔静脉分流术后运动皮层和脊髓一氧化氮合酶 (NOS)阳性神经元的变化。方法 采用NADPH d黄递酶组织化学法以及NOS荧光免疫组织化学技术结合激光共聚焦扫描显微镜方法。结果肝硬化门腔静脉分流术后运动皮层NOS和nNOS阳性细胞显著减少 ;脊髓NOS阳性细胞改变不明显。 结论 大鼠肝硬化门腔静脉分流可引起大脑皮层细胞的改变 ,NO可能参与了肝硬化门腔静脉分流术后对中枢神经系统的损害。
Objective To investigate the changes of nitric oxide synthase (NOS) positive neurons in the motor cortex and spinal cord after shunt of portal vein in rats with cirrhosis. Methods NADPH d diaphorase histochemical method and NOS fluorescence immunohistochemistry combined with laser scanning confocal microscopy. Results NOS and nNOS positive cells in the motor cortex were significantly reduced after the shunt of portal vein in cirrhotic patients. The changes of NOS positive cells in spinal cord were not obvious. Conclusions The shunt of portal vein in rats with cirrhosis can cause changes of cortical cells. NO may be involved in the damage to the central nervous system after shunt of portal vein in cirrhosis.
