本文针对现阶段我国压浆材料研究领域存在的不足,结合压浆剂中消泡组分、膨胀组分、减水组分、超细矿物微粉、填料矿物掺合料的各自特性,利用科学的正交试验研究与分析,揭示了它们对压浆剂性能的影响趋势;通过调整各组分比例,解决压浆材料泌水、收缩问题,最终制备出具有高流动度、微膨胀、高强度等优良性能的压浆材料。
In this paper, according to the existing problems in the research field of grouting materials in China, combined with the respective characteristics of anti-foaming component, swelling component, water reducing component, ultrafine mineral powder and filler mineral admixture in the grouting agent, Orthogonal experimental research and analysis revealed their trends in the performance of grouting agent; by adjusting the proportion of components to solve the bleeding syrup material, shrinkage problems, and ultimately prepared with high fluidity, micro-expansion, high strength, etc. Excellent performance of the grouting material.
