作为全国第一个整省(区)统一推进整体转换的地区,广西与所有试点地区一样,在整转过程中也遇到不少困难和压力,甚至是非议和阻力。其中,用户投诉主要集中在——收费过高,特别对按终端收费有意见;没有尊重用户选择权,应同时保留原有模拟信号;服务不到位,渠道不通畅,工作方法简单;信号质量不稳定,频道转换慢;两个遥控器操作复杂;机顶盒第二终端价格过高。直面上述问题,广西有线采取了多项策略,以提升用户满意度。
