本文用四种热处理工艺处理16Mn钢,得到了不同的双相组织。四种组织中的马氏体数量大致相同,但形态、分布各异,因而强度、塑性和韧性相差较大。铁素体晶粒细小而马氏体分散分布的组织,具有较高的综合机械性能。对韧性的评定采用了系列冲击试验。在金相、拉伸和冲击及断口分析实验的基础上,认为在铁素体——马氏体双相钢中,除马氏体数量外,两相界面的数量和铁素体的平均自由程是影响机械性能的两个重要的组织参量。
In this paper, four kinds of heat treatment process 16Mn steel, get a different two-phase structure. The four types of martensite in the same number, but the shape and distribution of different, so the strength, ductility and toughness vary greatly.
