研究了液膜分离技术中W/O/W型乳液的溶胀问题,进行了表面活性剂种类、载体浓度、重复分散、粘度等诸因素变化对于乳液溶胀的影响实验。通过对乳液溶胀主要影响因素的研究,提出了在实际操作过程中,提高分离效率、减小溶胀的有效措施。 The swelling of W / O / W emulsions in liquid membrane separation was studied. The effects of various factors such as surfactant type, carrier concentration, repeated dispersion and viscosity on the swelling of the emulsion were investigated. Through the study of the main influencing factors on the swelling of the emulsion, the effective measures to improve the separation efficiency and reduce the swelling are put forward in the actual operation.
