采用自行研制的离心雾化装置,制取了快速凝固Al-Si合金粉末。对影响合金粉末颗粒形状和粒度分布的工艺参数进行了较为详细的分析。结果表明,起始雾化温度、雾化盘转速等对粉末颗粒形状和粒度分布有较大的影响。当起始雾化温度为780℃、雾化盘转速为36000r/min时,合金B粉末颗粒有较规则的形状和较好的粒度分布;其显微组织主要表现为α固溶体加细小的共晶组织,并且随粉末粒度的减小及冷速的增大,α固溶体中的含Si量随之增加。
Centrifugal atomization device developed by ourselves was used to prepare rapidly solidified Al-Si alloy powder. The parameters influencing the shape and size distribution of the alloy powder were analyzed in detail. The results show that the initial atomization temperature, the atomization disk rotation speed and so on the powder particle shape and the particle size distribution has the bigger influence. When the initial atomization temperature is 780 ℃ and the rotating speed of the atomizer plate is 36000r / min, the alloy B powder has a regular shape and a good particle size distribution. The microstructure of the alloy B mainly shows α solid solution plus fine eutectic As a result, the content of Si in the α solid solution increased with the decrease of the particle size and the cooling rate.
