三峡船闸为双线连续五级船闸,设计总水头113.0m,为全球当前级数最多,水头最高的双线连续船闸。船闸人字闸门高达38.5m,宽度20.2m,门厚3.0m,单扇门体重达860t之巨。由于三峡水利枢纽要求防洪、发电及通航同时发挥效益,船闸从初期135.0m低水位按四级船闸运行三年后,过渡到后期最低水位145.0m运行,即实现五级船闸运行。本文主要介绍三峡水利枢纽船闸分期建设的背景,通航后的人字闸门如何整体提升后浇筑加高第二闸首底板及在船闸完建过程不停航的先进施工方案。
The Three Gorges Ship Lock is a two-lane continuous five-stage ship lock with a total head design of 113.0m. It is the highest double-continuous shiplock in the world with the highest number of heads. Miter gate of the ship up to 38.5m, width 20.2m, door thickness 3.0m, single door weighing 860t of the giant. As the Three Gorges Project requires flood control, power generation and navigation at the same time benefit from the initial 135.0m low water level starting from the four-stage ship lock three years after the transition to the late 145.0m minimum water level operation, that is, to achieve five-stage ship lock operation. This article mainly introduces the background of the staging construction of the Three Gorges Project, the improvement of the Miter Gate after its navigation, and the advanced construction scheme of the second gate first floor and the non-stop construction of the ship lock.
