采用反相乳液聚合法制得中性淀粉微球,然后用Na3P3O9作交联剂对其进行二次交联和阴离子化,制得阴离子淀粉微球。利用粒度分析仪、扫描电子显微镜、红外光谱仪对阴离子淀粉微球的结构和物理性质进行了分析;利用原子吸收分光光度法研究了阴离子淀粉微球对Cu2+的静态吸附行为。结果表明:阴离子淀粉微球平均粒径为23.91μm,形态圆整、表面粗糙,有利于形成吸附层;同时,阴离子淀粉微球对Cu2+吸附行为符合Langmiur方程和Freundlich方程。
The neutral starch microspheres were prepared by inverse emulsion polymerization and then crosslinked and anionized with Na3P3O9 as crosslinking agent to prepare anionic starch microspheres. The structure and physical properties of anionic starch microspheres were analyzed by particle size analyzer, scanning electron microscopy and infrared spectroscopy. The static adsorption behavior of anionic starch microspheres to Cu2 + was studied by atomic absorption spectrophotometry. The results showed that the average particle diameter of anionic starch microspheres was 23.91μm, the morphology was round and the surface was rough, which was conducive to the formation of adsorption layer. Meanwhile, the adsorption behavior of Cu2 + by anionic starch microspheres accorded with Langmiur equation and Freundlich equation.
