以江苏省高校为例,通过测试调研分析饮食习惯与体育锻炼对高校在校大学生体质状况影响,找到较佳的饮食及体育锻炼方式。结果表明,最佳饮食习惯与体育锻炼方式为:每日三餐摄取总热量1800Kcal,每日三餐摄取总蛋白质热量占总热量百分比为20%,每日三餐摄取总脂肪热量占总热量百分比为20%,早餐摄取总热量600Kcal,运动强度为中等出汗、每次运动持续时间20-30min、周运动次数5-6次。,The dietary habits and physical exercise on college Students’ physical condition were investigated and analysed, taking the university of jiangsu province as examples.The better diet and physical exercise mode have been found.The results showed that the best diet habits and ways of physical exercises for three meals daily total calorie intake 1800Kcal, three meals a day intake of total protein calories for percentage of total calories to 20%, the three meals daily intake of total calories from fat accounted for percentage of total calories to 20% and Breakfast total calorie intake 600Kcal, exercise intensity for moderate sweating, every movement continued time 20-30min, number of weeks of exercise 5-6 times.
