近年来,随着我国城市化水平的不断提升,城市发展也呈现出由新城建设到旧城更新转变的新趋势,从当前的现状来看,我国大多数旧城区都存在着土地价值利用不合理、城市空间环境污染破坏等问题,这在一定程度上给旧城区的更新规划带来了困难,这就要求规划者进一步提高对旧城土地开发权的重视,注重对旧城土地开发利用方式的转变,本文就针对土地开发权视角下旧城更新规划变革进行了探讨。
In recent years, with the continuous improvement of urbanization in our country, the urban development also shows a new trend of urban renewal transformation from the construction of the new city to the old city.
