利用弱碱氨水(NH_3·H_2O)处理H-β分子筛使其具备一定的介孔结构。与Na OH等强碱相比,利用氨水改性H-β分子筛不仅条件温和而且制备过程简洁,无需通过离子交换。对制备的催化剂进行X射线粉末衍射、透射电子显微镜、氮气吸脱附等表征。结果表明,经氨水处理的样品的结晶度有所下降同时产生了介孔结构,所得催化剂在2-(4’-乙基苯甲酰基)苯甲酸(BE酸)脱水合成2-乙基蒽醌(2-EAQ)中表现出比常规H-β沸石更好的催化性能。
The use of weak alkaline ammonia (NH_3 · H_2O) treatment H-β molecular sieve to have a certain mesoporous structure. Compared with Na OH and other alkali, the use of ammonia modified H-β zeolite not only mild conditions and the preparation process is simple, without the need for ion exchange. The prepared catalyst was characterized by X-ray powder diffraction, transmission electron microscopy, nitrogen adsorption and desorption. The results showed that the crystallinity of the samples treated with aqueous ammonia decreased while the mesoporous structure was produced. The obtained catalyst was dehydrated in 2- (4’-ethylbenzoyl) benzoic acid (BE acid) to 2-ethylanthraquinone (2-EAQ) showed better catalytic performance than the conventional H-β zeolite.
