本文报告了4树成人分泌形乳腺癌。大体多数有推进性边缘，2例可见坏死及鼻腔形成。组织学特点表现为大多数肿瘤与周围有纤维分隔，排列成腺泡状、滤泡样、腺样及乳头状结构。核是泡状．细胞界形性不显著，核分裂相罕见或缺乏。细胞内外均可见红染的分泌物，PAS染色阴性。 This article reports four tree-secreted adult breast cancers. Most of them had propulsive margins, and 2 cases showed necrosis and nasal cavity formation. Histologically, most of the tumors were isolated from the surrounding fibers and arranged in alveolar, follicular, adenoid, and papillary structures. The nucleus is bubbly. The shape of the cell junction is not significant and the mitotic phase is rare or absent. Red-stained secretions were seen both inside and outside cells, and PAS staining was negative.
