一、概述多年来,我们对 ZL101铸铝合金零件一直采用如下工艺进行固溶时效处理:535~(±5)℃保温6小时,然后迅速淬入50~100℃水中冷却至室温,经校正后置于恒温箱中时效(150~(±1(?))℃×3小时),空冷。以上工艺是五十年代引用苏联的老工艺。多年的生产经验使我们感到原工艺规定的不论零件壁厚大小一律保温6小时,显然是不合理的。于是我们进行了改进工艺的试验,以缩短固溶化处理时间。
