目的:探讨脑梗死与血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、纤维蛋白原(Fg)的水平及神经功能缺损程度与两指标水平的关系。方法:将符合标准的120例脑梗死急性期患者进行临床神经功能缺损程度评分,将评分所得数据与Hcy及Fg检测结果进行统计分析。结果:脑梗死急性期患者血浆Hcy、Fg两者水平显著高于正常对照组,P<0.05;Hcy、Fg水平与神经功能缺损程度之间的比较有显著性差异,P<0.05。结论:高Hcy血症和高Fg血症分别是脑梗死急性期的独立危险因素,并可以作为衡量脑梗死患者神经功能缺损程度的指标。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between cerebral infarction and plasma homocysteine (Hcy), fibrinogen (Fg) and the degree of neurological deficit with the two indicators. Methods: 120 patients with acute cerebral infarction who meet the standard were scored for the degree of clinical neurological deficit, and the data of the score were compared with the results of Hcy and Fg for statistical analysis. Results: The levels of plasma Hcy and Fg in patients with acute cerebral infarction were significantly higher than those in normal control group (P <0.05). There was significant difference between Hcy and Fg levels and the degree of neurological deficit (P <0.05). Conclusion: Hyperhomocysteinemia and hyperfunctivae, respectively, are independent risk factors for acute cerebral infarction and can be used as a measure of neurological deficit in patients with cerebral infarction.
