本文以悬重式消能设备浮码头的设计计算方法为中心议题,对船舶荷载现行计算方法的一些问题进行了初步讨论。其中对通常称之为靠船速度、有效动能、船舶动水质量、二次碰撞等重要概念,结合试验观测资料进行了必要的分析。文中介绍的用“刚性桩台”计算简图分析悬重式消能设备浮码头的受力状况的方法,最初建立于静力模型试验的过程中,现在从能量法的角度予以完善。文中对一些问题的见解只是初步的,尚欠肯切,有待进一步研究。
In this paper, we focus on the design and calculation of suspended floating energy dissipating equipment floating pier, and discuss some problems of the current calculation method of ship load. Among them, the important concepts commonly referred to as speed of the vessel, effective kinetic energy, moving water quality of the ship, secondary collision and the like are analyzed in conjunction with the experimental observation data. The method of analyzing the stress state of suspended floating energy dissipating equipment floating wharf, which is described in the article “Rigid Pile Table”, was originally established in the process of static model test and is now improved from the perspective of energy law. The views of some of the issues in this article are only preliminary, yet unsatisfactory, pending further study.
