目的:观察痛风舒宁片对大鼠急性痛风性关节炎的药理作用。方法:采用微晶型尿酸钠(MSU)诱导大鼠痛风性关节炎模型,观察该药对急性痛风性关节炎的肿胀度的作用,测定血清白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)水平以及进行大鼠关节病理组织学检查。结果:痛风舒宁片3.0g/kg剂量能减轻大鼠急性痛风性关节炎肿胀度;痛风舒宁片3.0g/kg剂量能减少血清IL-β的分泌;痛风舒宁片0.75g、1.50g、3.00g/kg剂量能改善关节滑膜组织的病理改变。结论:痛风舒宁片对急性痛风性关节炎具有显著的防治作用。 Objective: To observe the pharmacological effects of Gout Recipe on acute gouty arthritis in rats.
