在相同的反应条件下,采用吡嗪衍生物作为配体与不同的金属镉盐反应,合成了2个新颖的配位化合物[Cd(L)2]n(1)和[Cd2(L)2(CH3COO)2(H2O)2](2)(HL=4-((3-(pyrazin-2-yl)-1H-pyrazol-1-yl)methyl)benzoic acid),并通过元素分析、热重分析、荧光光谱、X射线单晶衍射对化合物进行分析。结构分析表明1属于三斜晶系,P1空间群。金属Cd髤采用三角双锥构型,最后形成2D三明治结构;而2是双核结构,其中羧酸基团采用双齿螯合与金属配位。1与2的结构差异很大程度上归结于羧酸配位模式的不同以及阴离子的协同效应。此外,对配合物1和2进行了抗氧化活性的研究。
Under the same reaction conditions, two novel coordination compounds [Cd (L) 2] n (1) and [Cd2 (L) 2 were synthesized by the reaction of pyrazine derivatives with different metal cadmium salts (CH3COO) 2 (H2O) 2] (2) (HL = 4 - (pyrazin-2-yl) -1H-pyrazol-1-yl) Analysis, fluorescence spectroscopy, X-ray single crystal diffraction analysis of compounds. Structural analysis shows that 1 belongs to the triclinic system, P1 space group. The metal Cd 髤 adopts the triangular double cone configuration and finally forms a 2D sandwich structure. The 2 is a dinuclear structure, in which the carboxylic acid groups adopt bidentate chelation and metal coordination. The structural differences between 1 and 2 are due in large part to the different coordination modes of carboxylic acids and the synergistic effect of anions. In addition, complexes 1 and 2 were studied for antioxidant activity.
