由中国建筑学会施工学术委员会、中国寒冷地区冬季施工技术交流网召开的“1990年全国冬季施工技术交流会”9月10～14日在乌鲁木齐市召开。来自华北、东北、西北12省市和4个部委的科研、教学、施工等单位的132位代表出席了这次交流会,大会共收到54篇论文,有22位代表在大会上发言。代表们评审通过了工频涡流冬季养护混凝土施工操作规程,认为这是一种比较先进的电热模方法,可作为综合蓄热法的补充,供比较寒冷的地区选用。对外加剂规程也进行了讨论。大家还怀着极
The “1990 National Winter Construction Technical Exchange Conference” held by the China Construction Association Academic Committee and the Cold Construction Winter Construction Technology Exchange Network was held in Urumqi from September 10th to 14th. Thirty-two representatives from scientific research, teaching, construction and other units in North China, Northeast China, North West China, 12 provinces, and 4 ministries and commissions attended the exchange meeting. The conference received a total of 54 papers and 22 representatives spoke at the conference. The representatives reviewed and approved the operating procedures for the maintenance of concrete by the frequency-frequency vortex winter. It is considered that this is a more advanced electric heating method and can be used as a supplement to the comprehensive heat storage method for use in colder areas.
