幼儿教师专业发展的核心价值在于去路径依赖化,无论是外部路径依赖还是内部路径依赖都是幼儿教师专业发展最大的精神障碍。目前,幼儿教师的专业发展已经演化至更高级、更复杂的形而上的阶段。在这一阶段,专业智慧、专业技能等早已为专业精神所统摄,而专业精神的源泉则出自于幼儿教师后天自觉的精神创造力,精神凝聚力以及精神约束力等强大的精神动力。
The core value of kindergarten teachers ’professional development lies in their dependence on path dependence.
