地质样品中的金溶解于氢溴酸—溴溶液中,用甲基异丁基酮萃取,然后用配有石墨炉原子化装置的原子吸收分光光度计测定。将此无火焰原子吸收方法取得的结果与美国地质调查所的参考岩石和地球化学样品的公布值及由火焰原子吸收所得的结果比较证明达到了适当的准确度,也改善了精密度。据此方法的灵敏度、准确度与精密度能够取得地壳丰度或低于地壳丰度的金的分布数据。
Gold in the geological sample was dissolved in a hydrobromic acid-bromine solution, extracted with methyl isobutyl ketone, and then measured by an atomic absorption spectrophotometer equipped with a graphite furnace atomization apparatus. Comparing the results obtained with this flameless atomic absorption method with the published values of the US Geological Survey reference rock and geochemical samples and the results obtained by flame atomic absorption shows that the appropriate accuracy is achieved and the precision is also improved. The sensitivity, accuracy and precision of this method allow for the distribution of gold with crustal abundance or below crustal abundance.
