目的 观察黄氏响声丸对咽部微循环的影响。方法 用自行组装的显微电视摄像装置及改良的活体标本制备技术,直接观察了12只金黄地鼠在黄氏响声丸治疗前、后的咽颊囊微循环动态改变,并定量测定了毛细血管网点计数、毛细血管血流流态、及毛细血管管径等三项微循环参数。结果 黄氏响声丸组治疗前后自身对比显示毛细血管网交点计数、毛细血管血流流态两指标差异显著(P<0.05);而对照组则无明显差异(P>0.1)。结论 提示服用黄氏响声丸可增加实验动物局部微循环的毛细血管密度和改善其毛细血管血流流态,而这可能是黄氏响声丸产生临床疗效的病理生理基础之一。
Objective To observe the effects of Huangshengzhenwan on the pharyngeal microcirculation. Methods Directly observing the dynamic changes of pharyngeal cheek pouch microcirculation of 12 golden hamsters before and after the treatment with Huangshengyin Pill using the self-assembled micro-television camera and modified live specimen preparation technique, and quantitatively measured the changes of capillary Network count, capillary blood flow patterns, and capillary diameter three microcirculation parameters. Results Compared with the control group, there was no significant difference (P> 0.05) between the two groups before and after the treatment. There was significant difference between the capillary network and the capillary network (P> 0.05). The conclusion suggests that taking Huangshengzhen pill can increase capillary density of local microcirculation and improve capillary flow pattern in experimental animals, which may be one of the pathophysiological basis for the clinical efficacy of Huangshengxiang pill.
