目的:研究DA-6对冬季迟缓期艾纳香生长和有效成分含量的影响。方法:以一年生艾纳香种子苗为实验材料,在冬季艾纳香生长迟缓期进行3次喷施DA-6。测定艾纳香的株高、地径、叶长和叶宽等生长指标以及叶干重。分别采用紫外可见分光光度法和GC法测定艾纳香叶片总黄酮和l-龙脑的相对含量,并计算绝对含量。结果:DA-6显著促进艾纳香生长,增加叶干重,其中10 mg·L-1DA-6作用的效果最显著。DA-6抑制了艾纳香叶片中总黄酮和l-龙脑相对含量的积累。CK处理组总黄酮和l-龙脑相对含量最高,显著高于100 mg·L-1DA-6处理组77.78%和96.49%。DA-6显著提高了总黄酮和l-龙脑的绝对含量。10 mg·L-1DA-6处理组艾纳香叶片中总黄酮和l-龙脑含量最高,显著高于其他处理组,是CK处理组的2.33倍和3.33倍。结论:因此,在冬季艾纳香生长迟缓期施加DA-6可以促进艾纳香生长和叶干重的增加,提高总黄酮和l-龙脑的绝对含量。
Objective: To study the effect of DA-6 on the growth and active ingredient content of A. nigra in the late winter. Methods: The annual seedlings of Anemia fragrans seedlings were used as experimental material, and DA-6 was sprayed 3 times in the slow-growing season of Anemone. The plant height, root diameter, leaf length, leaf width and other growth indexes and leaf dry weight were measured. The relative content of total flavonoids and l-borneol in leaves of Anemarcus nigra was determined by UV-Vis spectrophotometry and GC respectively, and the absolute content was calculated. Results: DA-6 significantly promoted the growth of Artemisia annua and increased the leaf dry weight. The effect of 10 mg · L-1 DA-6 was the most significant. DA-6 inhibited the accumulation of total flavonoids and l-borneol content in leaves of ANAS. The relative content of total flavonoids and l-borneol in CK group was the highest, which was significantly higher than 77.78% and 96.49% in 100 mg · L-1DA-6 treatment group. DA-6 significantly increased the absolute content of total flavonoids and l-borneol. The content of total flavonoids and l-borneol in leaves of 10 mg · L-1DA-6 was the highest, which was 2.33 times and 3.33 times higher than that of other treatments. CONCLUSIONS: Therefore, application of DA-6 in the retarded growth phase of Anemone in winter can promote the growth of A. napus and the increase of leaf dry weight, and increase the absolute content of total flavonoids and l-borneol.
