采用简易的硅烷(SiH_4)热分解法成功制备了纳米硅粉。X射线和粒度分析结果表明,粉体结晶性和粒径随分解温度变化,当温度为600℃时结晶性最高,中粒径最低为91nm。材料电极电化学测试显示,600℃下制得样品电化学性能最优。首次充放电比电容量分别为3316.2mAh/g和2651.5mAh/g,首次库伦效率为79.9%;首次循环后电极材料表面膜阻抗和电化学反应阻抗最低。
Nanosized silica fume was successfully prepared by the simple silane (SiH 4) thermal decomposition method. X-ray diffraction and particle size analysis showed that the crystallinity and particle size of the powders varied with the decomposition temperature. The highest crystallinity was obtained when the temperature was 600 ℃, and the lowest median diameter was 91nm. The electrochemical test of the material electrode shows that the electrochemical performance of the sample prepared at 600 ℃ is the best. The first charge-discharge specific capacity was 3316.2mAh / g and 2651.5mAh / g, respectively. The first coulombic efficiency was 79.9%. The surface membrane electrode impedance and electrochemical impedance were the lowest after the first cycle.
