本文介绍了自动物料平衡程序包发展的历史背景,其中主要包括两个方面,一是概括目前应用的程序包,二是叙述明尼苏达(Minnesota)大学矿物资源研究中心正在进行的研究工作。本文对这个问题作了简要的数学描述并讨论了求解的方法。通常与物料平衡相联系的问题和困难,即人工计算和计算机计算两方面的问题和困难,本文都加以叙述。本文还详细评述了与人机对话有关的物料平衡程序包的几个方面,考查了对求解有影响的程序包的单元,并介绍了几个主要程序包求解某些特殊问题时的性能。最后概述了与自动物料平衡有关的方面,在计算机程序包广泛应用于选矿工业之前,还必须在这些方面做更多的工作。
This article describes the historical background of the development of an automated material balance package that includes two major aspects: first, an overview of the packages currently in use; and second, an on-going study on the Mineral Resources Research Center at Minnesota University. This article gives a brief mathematical description of the problem and discusses the solution. Problems and difficulties usually associated with the material balance, both manual and computational problems and difficulties, are addressed in this article. The article also details several aspects of the material-balance package related to human-machine dialogues, examines the units of packages that affect the solution, and describes the performance of several major packages for solving specific problems. Finally, an overview of the aspects related to automated material balances is needed before more work is done on these aspects of the computer packages that are widely used in the mineral processing industry.
