目的评价某化纤企业通风排毒系统的效果,对存在的问题提出改进建议。方法对通风排毒系统进行调查分析,测定罩口风速、管道风速、作业场所空气和通风管道中二甲基乙酰胺浓度。结果局部排风系统罩口平均风速2.5 m/s,排风量21 600 m3/h;通风空调系统送风管道平均风速5.4 m/s,送风量37 300 m3/h;回风管道平均风速3.8 m/s,回风量19 700 m3/h;作业场所空气和管道中二甲基乙酰胺浓度均未检出。结论通风排毒系统目前运行良好,对空气中二甲基乙酰胺浓度的控制起到较好的作用。
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of ventilation and detoxification system of a chemical fiber enterprise and put forward suggestions for improvement on the existing problems. Methods Ventilation and detoxification system was investigated and analyzed. The velocity of hood mouth, the velocity of duct and the concentration of dimethylacetamide in the air and ventilation ducts in the workplace were measured. As a result, the average wind speed of the local exhaust system hood was 2.5 m / s and the discharge volume was 21 600 m3 / h. The average wind speed of ventilation air-conditioning system was 5.4 m / s and the air supply capacity was 37 300 m3 / h. 3.8 m / s and return air volume 19 700 m3 / h. The concentration of dimethylacetamide in the air and pipeline of the work place were not detected. Conclusion Ventilation detoxification system is currently running well and controls the concentration of dimethylacetamide in air well.
