对于肌筋膜疼痛下颌功能紊乱综合症的两个基本类型:“受限”和“不协调”作治疗性锻练有效。治疗张口受限,可嘱告病人作以下治疗性锻练: (1)作中等度大的张口、闭口锻练10次。(2)将拳头置于颏下慢慢张口至有阻力,3次。(3)重复(1)和(2)的动作,3次。(4)每天饭前反复作3~4次。咀嚼肌肉不协调,当下颌运动时出现关节弹响声可嘱作以下锻练: (1)闭口,且尽可能地向后置舌于上腭
Two basic types of myofascial pain syndrome with mandibular dysfunction: “limited” and “uncoordinated” are effective for therapeutic exercise. Treatment of mouth limited, may ask the patient to make the following therapeutic exercise: (1) for moderate large mouth, closed mouth exercise 10 times.
