城市台生存危机已是一个不争的事实,单纯依靠广告收入的努力肯定不是拯救危机、摆脱困境的良方。城市台应该充分利用自己特有的社会资源、人才优势、公信力背书,主动拥抱互联网,在丰富的互联网经济生态中寻找到契合自己的切口,相互融合,扩展性、跨越性的进入新的业务领域,以获得新的发展活力、新的竞争力。作为互联网之都,杭州具有其他城市没有的电视媒体融合技术带来的扁平化业务形态创新与实践的基因与土壤,而杭州文广集团多年经营沉淀的各种隐形资源优势,又使跨界融合成为可能。浙江工业大学生活与创新研究中心长期跟踪杭州文广集团的转型历程,一年前受后者的委托,对电视媒体匹配机器人商店新业务形态实现的可行性进行了翔实、细致的调研,并做了客观、科学的经济测算,以期对电视媒体的转型与创新探索出一条新的路子。
