“空账”已成为困扰我国社会养老保险制度的一大难题。本文首先对空账形成的原因进行了分析，并进一步指出其引发的一系列问题，最后提出了解决空账问题的对策建议。
“Empty accounts” have become a major problem plaguing the social pension insurance system in our country. This article first analyzes the reasons for the formation of the vacant accounts, and further points out a series of questions that it triggers. Finally, it puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for solving the vacant accounts.
