理论课是高职幼师生学习的基本课程,也是他们以后实践的理论依据。对理论课浓厚的兴趣有利于他们的学习和实践,但现在高职幼师生学习理论的兴趣普遍不高。通过对高职幼师生理论课学习兴趣缺失的原因分析,提出提高教师素质,激发学生学习兴趣;创新教学方法,提高教学效果;完善评价体系,激发学习动机;开展相关活动,增加实践机会等措施以激发学习理论兴趣的途径。
