Vinegar egg therapy has a wide range of clinical applications (see Li Bingkun et al., “Vinegar and Egg Diseases,” Shanghai Scientific and Technical Literature Press, 1989). According to this, Peng Cheng et al studied the pharmacodynamics of vinegar egg liquid (the sample was a new vinegar egg produced by Yibin Food Development Co., Ltd.).
