目的:分析鹰爪花新鲜叶挥发性成分,进行抗肿瘤活性测试,为进一步研究开发鹰爪花提供实验依据。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法制备鹰爪花叶挥发油,并结合GC-MC分析化学成分;用MTT比色法分别研究鹰爪花叶挥发油抗肿瘤活性。结果:水蒸气蒸馏法提取鹰爪花新鲜叶挥发油收率为1.35%,得到68个化合物,鉴定出53个;鹰爪花叶挥发油浓度较高时对肝癌细胞(BEL-7402)具有较好抑制活性,IC5012.07 mg·L-1,对白血病细胞(K-562)、胃癌细胞(SGC-7901)、肺癌细胞(SPCA-1)的增殖抑制具有中等强度的抑制活性。结论:从鹰爪花叶中提取挥发油并鉴定化学成分主要为烯类、醇类、萜类、醛类和酯类化合物。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the volatile components of fresh leaves of hawkflower for antitumor activity test and provide experimental basis for the further research and development of hawk. Methods: Volatile oil of Tallow clam was prepared by steam distillation. The chemical constituents were analyzed by GC-MC. The antitumor activity of the volatile oil of Talon mosaic was studied by MTT assay. Results: The yield of volatile oil from fresh leaves of Tallow clam was 1.35% by steam distillation, and 68 compounds were obtained, 53 of them were identified. The higher volatile oil concentration of Talon clam had better inhibitory effect on BEL-7402 cells Activity, IC5012.07 mg · L-1, had moderate inhibitory activity on the proliferation inhibition of leukemia cells (K-562), gastric cancer cells (SGC-7901) and lung cancer cells (SPCA- Conclusion: The volatile oil was extracted from the claw mosaic and the main chemical constituents were alkenes, alcohols, terpenoids, aldehydes and esters.
