随着我国国民经济的高速增长带动社会用电量的持续增长,输变电工程项目建设投资规模不断增加,特别是近几年,拟建和在建的输变电建设项目很多,带来管理上的各种问题,特别是不少项目存在着忽视工程造价控制的问题,造成项目建设的“三超”。本文通过对汉中供电局2011~2013年结算工程做案例分析,阐述在工程建设各阶段建场费管理所采取的主要措施,从而有效地降低了施工费及建场费,解决了建设征地难、施工环境恶劣、赔偿金额大等突出问题,达到有效控制工程造价提高工程管理的目的。
