Today, for some simple congenital heart disease surgery is often used at room temperature, cardiopulmonary bypass technology, the use of this technology can shorten the cardiopulmonary bypass time, and at room temperature state closer to physiology, may be beneficial to patients with postoperative recovery. However, there is no obvious change in body metabolic rate at room temperature, and the demand for oxygen is obviously higher than that of hypothermic cardiopulmonary bypass. Therefore, how to use hemodilution technology at normal temperature to satisfy the body’s oxygen supply and reduce the amount of blood products It is worth studying. This study investigated the effect of different hemodilution on CPB at room temperature. 1 objects and methods January 2002 -2003 in January, 40 cases of congenital ventricular septal defect were selected, were randomly divided into two groups (A and B groups), each group plus an additional. A group of 12 males and 8 females, aged 3 months -2 years old, mean (2.42 ± 1.08) years old, body weight 6 ~ 14kg, an average of (11.05 ± 1.72) kg; B group of 10 males and 10 females, age 4
